Youth Engagement Specialist (Part-Time)

The specialist will support program implementation and youth engagement for kīpuka, which includes assisting with enrollment, working directly with youth to provide guidance, and contributing to program evaluation. Essential duties involve maintaining a safe environment, preparing materials for daily operations, and supporting administrative needs of the staff.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience, along with at least six months to one year of experience working with youth in a group setting, demonstrating comfort with engaging vulnerable youth. A valid driver's license, clean traffic abstract, and current first aid, cpr/Aed certification, and tb clearance are also required.
