Youth Engagement Specialist

The youth engagement specialist will support program implementation and youth engagement for kīpuka, which includes assisting with enrollment, contributing to program evaluation, and providing general support under the supervision of the kīpuka youth programs team. This role involves working directly with youth, offering guidance and support, and assisting with administrative needs as required.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience, along with at least six months to one year of experience working with youth in a group setting, demonstrating comfort with engaging vulnerable youth. A valid driver's license, clean traffic abstract, and current first aid, cpr/Aed certification, and tb clearance are also mandatory requirements.
