Suzuki Strings Instructor

The instructor will implement suzuki method instruction to meet music-Specific academic standards, developing lesson components for music literacy, rhythm, pitch notation, solfege, improvisation, and composition. Responsibilities also include directing large group violin instruction and collaborating with staff to plan multiple performances throughout the school year.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of arts or bachelor of music in music, music education, or performance, along with knowledge and experience using the suzuki method. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, and while a valid state certification is helpful, it is not required.
