Registered Nurse School - Audubon Charter

The registered nurse works autonomously as the sole medical professional on campus, providing health education and performing complex health procedures like peg tube care and emergency tracheostomy care. Responsibilities also include administering and storing student medications, delegating non-Complex tasks, conducting supervisory rounds, and ensuring emergency equipment is functional.

Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited rn program and hold a current, unrestricted louisiana state license as an rn, along with cpr certification. Required skills include the ability to work effectively with diverse staff while maintaining flexibility and a positive attitude.
