Nursing Professional Development Specialist FT - Pediatric ER

The nursing professional development specialist is responsible for planning and developing appropriate training programs, utilizing behavioral objectives, lesson plans, and testing methodology. This ensures that organizational personnel receive the necessary education to effectively perform their required duties.

Candidates must possess a minimum of four years of clinical experience, with at least two years in a specialty area like the er if applicable, and hold a master's degree. A current and unrestricted rn license from the louisiana state board of nursing, bls certification, and specialty certification (If applicable) are mandatory.
