IS Trainer 1

The specialist coordinates the development, organization, and presentation of training methodologies for the franciscan medical group to maximize organizational performance and utilization of the electronic health record. This role is responsible for training all aspects and roles within the ambulatory health record, identifying training needs, and monitoring program effectiveness.

Candidates need at least 2 years of experience training on is platforms, clinical systems, or ehr, or equivalent teaching experience, with educational substitutions possible for experience. Required qualifications include excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, the ability to perform in a complex changing environment, and obtaining epic credentialing within 90 days of hire.
