Child Development Technician (Magnolia, AR)

This position assists the early childhood development specialist in providing daily care, developmental support, and interventions for children from birth through age five who have special medical needs and developmental delays. The role supports maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes growth and well-Being for each child and their family.

A high school diploma or ged is required, plus six months of experience in child care, though this experience can be substituted by additional education such as ccot, cda, aa, or a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field. Candidates must also pass state abuse registry checks, a drug screen, and submit to a tb skin test or provide proof of immunizations.
