Life Skills Coach PT (Direct Service Professional)

The coach assists in providing direct educational, vocational, and supported living services, focusing on training for practical skills and social behaviors necessary for independent living for individuals with disabilities. This includes implementing objectives from individual support plans, fostering well-Being, and assisting with fundamental daily routines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid california driver's license with good records, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift 50-80 pounds. A high school diploma or ged is preferred, and the role requires an interest in understanding the vocational and training needs of individuals with adaptive needs.
