RN Mission Control Educator CHE

This nurse collaborates with leadership to design, develop, implement, and evaluate educational offerings, including orientation, aimed at improving nursing care and clinical/Organizational outcomes. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating orientation programs, assessing educational needs, acting as a mentor, and planning activities based on gap analysis and staff surveys.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in nursing, 3 years of relevant clinical experience, and previous teaching experience, along with maintaining a current nursing license. Applicants must also possess or obtain basic life support instructor certification from either aha or arc upon hire.
