Core responsibilities

Responsibilities include implementing and tracking data on behavior support plans, utilizing intervention strategies, and ensuring student safety through supervision and crisis management techniques.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma is required for this position, though experience working in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs is preferred. Candidates must be physically capable of moving swiftly, lifting up to 50 pounds or more, and remaining calm during demanding situations.
