Before and After School Instructor-Burien (Hazel Valley Elementary)

The instructor will guide elementary-Aged participants through various hands-On learning activities such as sports, arts, and stem within a before and after-School enrichment (Base) program. Key duties include supervising children to ensure their health and safety, teaching teamwork and social emotional learning, and implementing culturally relevant activities according to ymca goals.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old (18 preferred) and have 1-2 years of experience working with children in settings like camps or tutoring, demonstrating the ability to model ymca values. Pre-Employment requirements include a tb test, mmr vaccination, completion of minimum stars training, cpr/First aid certification, and a cleared portable background check.
