Afterschool Program Leader

Program leaders greet students, organize and lead various activities including homework help, recreation games, arts and crafts, and educational projects. They must maintain a secure environment, oversee student safety, and encourage participation while adapting activities to diverse student needs.

Candidates need at least one year of experience in after-School programs or youth recreation, especially in diverse communities, and must be good communicators with parents and children. Applicants must also have 48+ college credit units or pass a proficiency exam, and must pass a tb test and live scan background check.
