Youth Program Leader - Northridge

Program leaders greet and welcome children, organize and lead various activities such as homework help, recreation games, arts and crafts, and educational projects. They are responsible for maintaining a secure environment, monitoring student behavior, and encouraging enthusiastic participation.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in after-School programs or youth recreation, particularly in diverse communities, and possess strong communication skills for interacting with children and parents. Applicants are required to have 48+ college credit units or pass a proficiency exam, and must pass a tb test and live scan background check.
