Watts Learning Center Elementary - Program Leader - Los Angeles

Program leaders are responsible for greeting students, organizing and leading various after-School activities such as homework help, recreation, arts, and educational projects. They must also maintain a secure environment by monitoring student behavior and overseeing student safety and well-Being.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in after-School programs or youth recreation, particularly in diverse communities, and possess strong communication skills for interacting with children and parents. Applicants are required to have 48+ college credit units or pass a proficiency exam, along with providing proof of a negative tb test and passing a live scan background check.
