Pre-K Instructional Assistant

The instructional assistant collaborates with the classroom teacher on daily classroom operations, providing high-Quality small group instruction daily to ensure successful academic outcomes. Responsibilities also include monitoring student behavior and achievement, maintaining relationships with families and staff, and assuming classroom duties in the teacher's absence.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or 60+ college credits, along with a demonstrated record of living the organization's core values. Preferred qualifications include participation in an instructor certification program, bilingualism, and at least one year of classroom experience showing academic gains.
