Residential Counselor (3833)

The residential counselor provides direct care and support to residents, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and implementing individual support plans. They also maintain documentation and compliance with agency policies.

Candidates must have a ged or equivalent and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. They must also complete various state and agency-Mandated training within specified timeframes.
