Residential Counselor (3867)

The residential counselor develops and implements individual support plans (Isps) while providing direct care and support to residents. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, implementing behavior plans, and supporting community-Based activities.

Candidates must have a ged or equivalent and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Successful completion of various state and agency-Mandated training is required within specified timeframes.
