Support students with their academic, behavioral, and self-Care goals. Implement ieps and positive behavior support plans under teacher guidance.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with at least three months of experience supporting individuals with learning or behavioral disabilities. Knowledge of behavior management strategies and strong communication skills are also necessary.
