Childrens St. Clair County High Intensive Care Coordinator - St. Clair County

The high intensive care coordinator will assess the strengths and needs of children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances and develop individualized care plans. They will also serve as a liaison between families and service providers to ensure continuity of care.

A bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required, along with one year of experience working with children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances. A valid alabama driver’s license and suitable automobile for travel are also necessary.
