Registered Behavior Health Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will work one-To-One with clients implementing applied behavior analysis (Aba) under bcba supervision to improve communication, social, and independent living skills. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teams, following treatment plans, educating others on interventions, collecting data, and fostering therapeutic relationships.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least six months of experience working with children who have autism or other developmental disabilities. Essential requirements include possessing registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm in challenging situations, and reliable transportation for travel.
