Behavior Technician (BHT) Full Time

The behavior technician will work one-To-One with clients implementing applied behavior analysis (Aba) under bcba supervision to improve communication, social, and independent living skills. This role also involves collaborating with teams, following treatment plans, educating others on interventions, collecting data, and fostering therapeutic relationships.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. A minimum of six months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities is preferred, and reliable transportation is required for travel between service locations.
