Clinical Site Relations Specialist

The primary responsibility is the recruitment and retention of clinical practice sites for students during their clinical clerkship, which includes recruiting preceptors to teach and supervise these students. This role requires extensive daily travel to fulfill these site and preceptor development duties.

Candidates must possess knowledge of healthcare systems and medical terminology, along with intermediate experience in healthcare provider development to secure facility agreements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary, particularly for effective interaction with physicians, alongside strong organizational and problem-Solving abilities.
