Our tremendous team provides the expertise patients need to flourish in the areas of swallowing and communication. Now, you can become one of the people who Make It Possible. Under the supervision of the Manager of Speech-Language Pathology, you will work with patients across the lifespan from the most acutely ill in our Adult ICUs, to the inpatient rehabilitation unit, to the outpatient setting. Help us continue to live up to our reputation as New York’s top hospital. This is a per diem position working every other Saturday, possible evening hours with holiday commitment.
Preferred Criteria
Experience working with Trach/Vent patients Required Criteria Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certification of clinical competence in Speech-Language Pathology by the American Speech-Language-Pathology Association New York State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required Adult experience in inpatient and outpatient setting Experience in dysphagia evaluation/treatment across the lifespan Competency in Modified Barium Swallow Study and/or FEES Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
