Residential Advisor

The primary responsibility involves providing paraprofessional support and supervision to ensure an orderly, safe, and secure dormitory environment for students, including managing living conditions and student activities.

Candidates must possess proficiency in microsoft office applications and basic computer literacy, along with the ability to provide guidance and support to students using strong interpersonal and communication skills. A minimum of one year working with youth is required, and an associate's degree in a human services field is preferred.
