Residential Advisor

The residential advisor is primarily responsible for paraprofessional student support, ensuring an orderly dormitory operation through supervision, safety enforcement, and maintaining clean living conditions. Duties include conducting meetings, communicating with staff, directing dormitory programs, and transporting students as needed.

Candidates must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily, requiring proficiency in microsoft office applications and general computer literacy, including email and internet use. A minimum of one year working with youth is required, though an associate's degree in a human services field is preferred.
