Youth Worker Young Womens Program

The youth worker is primarily responsible for engaging 20 very high-Risk young women through relationships and programming, working with key partners to drive outcomes related to economic independence and safety. This involves maintaining a caseload, providing various life skills programming, and applying roca's intervention model.

Candidates must be highly driven, committed to the mission, and possess strong decision-Making skills, a sense of humor, and passion for direct work with high-Risk youth. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience is accepted, requiring a minimum of three years of direct service work with high-Risk young people, preferably teen mothers.
