Inclusion Aide

The inclusion aide supports individuals with disabilities enrolled in y programs to maximize their participation and independence by meeting their individualized needs. This involves serving as a professional role model and guiding participants through activities that foster a positive learning climate, life skills development, and healthy behaviors.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and possess relevant experience or coursework in childcare, education, or recreation, with experience working with school-Age children with autism being preferred. Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and leadership, alongside a passion for inclusion and the y's mission, are necessary.
