Core responsibilities
The instructor is responsible for delivering quality classroom instruction in lecture, clinical, and/Or laboratory formats based on the approved course outline, ensuring all students achieve competency in course objectives. This includes assessing student learning, motivating students, advising on academic issues, and managing the classroom environment in compliance with campus policies.
Requirements summary
Minimum qualifications require at least a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a degree, diploma, or certificate in sterile processing technician from a post-Secondary institution and two years of documented experience in the field, or three years of significant job-Related experience if specific education is lacking. Prior teaching experience is preferred.
