Core responsibilities

The instructor is responsible for delivering quality instruction in assigned courses, ensuring all students achieve competency in course objectives by planning and preparing engaging classroom, clinical, and/Or laboratory sessions. This role also involves evaluating and resolving student questions and issues while maintaining compliance with policies and legal requirements.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess current, unencumbered michigan licensure as a registered nurse (Rn) and hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nursing science, along with at least one year of documented experience related to the course taught. An associate degree in nursing (Adn) holder actively pursuing a bsn is also qualified, though specific exception paperwork may be required.
