Early Childhood Development Specialist (Searcy AR)

This position ensures the quality of individualized developmental services provided at kids first and supports the academic mission of the kids first program. The specialist will also demonstrate professionalism, continued skill development, and job-Related interest and concern, along with performing other assigned duties.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree along with specific certifications or credentials such as an early childhood certificate, cda certificate, or birth to pre-K credential, supplemented by documented experience and coursework related to early childhood and special needs. Applicants must also demonstrate excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to administer standardized developmental testing instruments.
