Youth Care Professional 1st Shift

The youth care professional will support and reinforce client therapeutic plans by guiding residents in daily activities and supervising their behavior according to established procedures. They will also participate in implementing treatment plans, ensuring resident safety, and collaborating with families and support networks.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid driver's license. Essential requirements include a desire to work with at-Risk youth, the ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals, and successful completion of nonviolent crisis intervention training.
