Summer Club Counselor - Clinton Community Center

Counselors will be responsible for designing and leading various youth activities, including tutoring, technology, games, health, recreation, and arts and crafts, while ensuring the safety of all members. They must also develop weekly lesson plans, participate in staff meetings, and act as positive role models instilling a sense of belonging, usefulness, influence, and competence (Buic) in the youth.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with experience working with children and knowledge of youth development principles. Mandatory requirements include passing extensive employment screenings (Background checks, fingerprinting, drug screening, physical) and holding current cpr and first aid certifications.
