Summer Club Counselor - South Knox Elementary

Counselors will be responsible for designing and leading various activities including tutoring, technology, games, and arts and crafts for youth while ensuring their safety and monitoring program areas. They must also implement the youth development strategy by fostering a sense of belonging, usefulness, influence, and competence (Buic) among members.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with experience working with children and knowledge of youth development principles. Essential requirements include the ability to motivate youth, manage behavior, be flexible, and hold current cpr and first aid certifications.
