Case Manager

The case manager will meet weekly with guests in the prp program to monitor progress, provide christ-Centered counsel, and ensure fulfillment of program requirements, while also referring guests to partner agencies. Responsibilities include teamwork with staff to determine length of stay, developing agency relationships, teaching classes, and communicating guest status to management.

Candidates must agree with the statement of faith and core values, demonstrating christ-Like communication and maintaining high personal morality. Required qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, composure under stress, proven computer skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to obtain cpr/First aid certification.
