Transition Coach

The transition coach will work with school-Age students who have an iep to provide targeted academic skills, daily living skills, and social/Emotional support to facilitate independent adult living. This role involves assisting students with iep goals, recording daily data, and helping them transition from school to adult life through real-Life experiences.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, have dependable transportation, and be able to pass all required background checks; experience is not required as training will be provided.
