BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Long Beach

The bcba will conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention programs for individuals on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities also include providing supervision to various staff levels and ensuring high-Quality service delivery and compliance.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field, along with current bcba certification from the bacb. A valid ca driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks are mandatory.
