Youth Support Worker

Responsibilities include providing direct care and support to up to five residents, which involves supervision, preparing meals, and transporting them to appointments and activities. The role also requires assisting with individualized treatment plans and collaborating with team members for consistent therapeutic care delivery.

Candidates must possess either a bachelor's degree in social work or psychology with one year of direct care experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. A valid driver's license, clean background checks, and successful completion of safety crisis management (Scm) certification within one week of hire are mandatory.
