Long-Term Early Childhood Substitute Teacher

The substitute teacher will assist in planning and implementing educational activities designed to promote age-Appropriate growth across all developmental domains for preschool children. This involves supporting teachers in daily routines, curriculum implementation, and building strong relationships with children, families, and staff within head start classrooms.

Candidates must meet minimum educational qualifications, such as an associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related field with 12 ece credits, or a preschool cda. Essential requirements include knowledge of early childhood development, experience working with preschool children, and the physical ability to actively engage with children throughout the day.
