Behavioral Support Technician

The behavioral support technician assists rehab staff in implementing behavior protocols developed by the bcba, collects novel data, and provides corrective reinforcement and praise to both clients and staff. They are also responsible for modeling professional behavior, increasing staff engagement with clients, and managing crisis situations during their shifts.

Candidates must possess a valid michigan driver's license and demonstrate high attention to detail, including experience with data collection, entry, and analysis. Good problem-Solving, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills are necessary, along with a commitment to the organization's mission.
