Behavior Technician (BT)

The behavior technician assists staff in implementing behavior protocols developed by the bcba, collects novel data, and provides corrective reinforcement and praise. They are also responsible for modeling professional behavior, teaching staff, responding to crisis situations, and managing staff interventions.

Candidates must possess a valid michigan driver's license and demonstrate high attention to detail, good problem-Solving, organizational, and strong written/Verbal communication skills. Previous experience as a behavior technician is preferred.
