Core responsibilities
Behavioral health technicians assist rehab staff in implementing behavior protocols developed by the bcba, involving novel data collection, observation, and documenting client behaviors and trends. They are also responsible for modeling professional behavior, increasing staff engagement with clients, teaching staff, and responding to crisis situations during their shifts.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a valid michigan driver's license and ideally have previous experience as a behavior tech, along with high attention to detail, especially concerning data collection and entry. Strong problem-Solving, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills are necessary, alongside a commitment to the employer's mission.
