Vocational Counselor

The vocational counselor assists residents in securing and maintaining employment through skills building, conducting vocational assessments, and leading skill development activities. This role involves working closely with a team of job coaches to ensure residents achieve productive activities and meet goals outlined in their ipos.

Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience in vocational counseling or a related supported employment field, along with a degree in vocational counseling or equivalent educational training. Experience with clinical documentation and working with individuals with tbi, developmental disabilities, or autism is preferred.
