Behavior Technician (BT) A Shift

The behavior technician assists staff in implementing behavior protocols developed by the bcba, collects novel data, and provides direct reinforcement and modeling for both clients and staff. Responsibilities also include managing crisis situations, ensuring client engagement schedules are followed, and assisting with community access goals.

Candidates must possess a valid michigan driver's license and demonstrate high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Previous experience as a behavior technician and experience with data collection, entry, and analysis are preferred.
