Core responsibilities
The role involves delivering high-Quality, evidence-Based aba services to children aged 2–18, managing a caseload of up to 10 clients, and supervising up to 5 registered behavior technicians (Rbts). Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, writing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining ethical documentation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess active bcba certification from the bacb and state licensure where required, with prior aba experience being beneficial, especially for new bcbas who may have an rbt background. Strong communication skills and a passion for ethical, client-Centered aba within a team environment are essential.
