Community and School Liaison (Homeless Services)

The liaison will support children and youth experiencing homelessness by advocating for them and helping families navigate the school system and connect to essential services like enrollment and tutoring. This involves working closely with school personnel and community partners to remove barriers and promote academic success.

Candidates should possess a background that equates to a bachelor's degree in education or equivalent experience, with at least one year of preferred case management experience in human services. Required qualifications include passing background checks, obtaining a tb test, and possessing a valid driver's license for client transport.
