Behavior Technician, Paid Training!

Behavior technicians provide personalized, one-On-One therapy sessions to children and teens with autism under the guidance of a bcba in clinical, school, or home settings. Key duties include implementing treatment plans, assisting with challenging behaviors, and accurately collecting and recording data on client progress.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, with the ability to earn rbt certification within 45 days using provided training. A strong commitment to working with children, good communication skills, and integrity are essential, although prior experience with autism is not required.
