Registered Behavior Technician

As a behavior technician, you will provide personalized, one-On-One therapy sessions to children with autism under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Key duties include implementing treatment plans, assisting with challenging behaviors, and accurately collecting and recording data on client progress.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, with the ability to earn rbt certification within 45 days using provided training. A strong commitment to working with children, good communication skills, and integrity are essential for this role.
