Behavior Technician, paid training!

As a behavior technician, you will provide personalized, one-On-One therapy sessions to children with autism under the guidance of a bcba in clinical, school, or home settings. Key duties include implementing treatment plans based on aba principles, assisting with challenging behaviors, and accurately recording data on client progress.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, with the ability to earn rbt certification within 45 days using provided training. A strong commitment to working with children, good communication skills, and integrity are essential, although prior experience with autism is a bonus but not required.
