BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)- Woodbridge, NJ

The role involves delivering high-Quality, evidence-Based aba services to children aged 2–18, managing a caseload of up to 10 clients, and supervising up to 5 registered behavior technicians (Rbts). Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, writing individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and maintaining ethical documentation.

Candidates must possess active bcba certification from the bacb and state licensure where required, with prior aba experience being beneficial. Strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical, client-Centered aba within a team environment are essential.
