Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children, maintaining the learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-Group learning activities. Key duties include building respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with lead guides to foster a strong classroom community.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 3-6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. A genuine love for working with young children is essential, along with an interest in growing within the montessori approach, although prior experience is not mandatory.
